I deeply believe in the innate healing capacity that we all have. My job is to be a bridge for you to reconnect with your essence, free yourself from burdens and be able to move forward fully. My purpose is to accompany you on the path to one more conscious, balanced and light-filled life.
If you want to know more about my path and experiences, you will find more details below.

Who am I?
The truth is that I am still searching for who I really am.
My name is Thais Escalona.
I consider myself a servant, at the service of all the people who feel it is necessary.
Since I was 20, I haven't lived in the same place for more than 7 months straight. I love traveling, discovering different cultures and ways of life. For many years, I worked as a chef, dividing my time between winter on a boat and summer in Switzerland.
I have always liked helping people.
A great friend told me one day:
“Where the soul vibrates, there it is”.
Those words resonated deeply with me and led me to decide the path I wanted to take in my life.

Since 2008, I have had the privilege of having a great teacher, Astrid, a German woman who introduced me to spiritual world. At first, I didn't understand anything he shared, but little by little he helped me live with greater awareness. He taught me to heal with my hands and to work with energy. One of his most valuable teachings was the importance of cleaning and protecting our energy before doing any work.
During the first years of my life I faced difficult trials, in 2019 came a crucial moment in my life. I experienced a deep catharsis and felt like I was hitting rock bottom. I looked for alternatives, refusing conventional solutions like medication, and found two wonderful people: Juan Diego and Daiva. At its holistic center, Refining the Soul, I lived one of the most transformative experiences of my life.

I participated in a ceremony Saint Peter. It was disconcerting at first, but over time I began to experience one peace and calm interior that I had never known before. My mind was silent, and I began to see and feel life from another perspective, full of love, understanding and acceptance. That moment allowed me forgive myself, release grudges and feel indescribable gratitude. Today I am grateful for all the difficult experiences, because they have made me who I am and brought me here.
This inner change prompted me to deepen my study of these tools. I performed a ceremony Ayahuasca in Austria, during a three-day retreat with him Taita Juan Martín Jamoai, a great shaman from Colombia. Watching me work with energy was fascinating, an almost magical experience that allowed me to heal even deeper episodes in my life. Every ceremony has given me new knowledge and an expanded understanding of my path.

At that moment I decided to take a shamanism course with Psychomedicine. Upon finishing it, I embarked on another of Healing of the Being with Vilonat Clop, level 1 and 2.
That's when Antoni Donet, from Psychomedicine, a good friend today, told me about a Medicine Woman from Mexico, Mrs. Elvira (image). I didn't think twice and decided to meet her. I was fortunate to share a week with her, an experience that turned out to be like an intensive training, where she taught me a lot.
Doña Elvira, better known as Vida Luna, he has inherited the wisdom and knowledge of his ancestors, belonging to a lineage of generations of healers. She was born in Mexico and, at only 7 years old, her father took her to meet the renowned woman Mrs. Pachita, who immediately identified her as a Medicine Woman. During that visit, Pachita performed a ceremony where she recognized his “gifts,” abilities, and helped him discover his power animal, among other essential aspects of his spiritual path.

In Mexico, I met greats shamans and people Medicine. Among them, Memi and Pina Kamanawa, leaders of the Varinawa (Noke Koi) people of Brazil taught me their ancestral connection with plants and energy. Jorge Cipactonal, a traditional doctor from Mexico, he shared his vast knowledge about spiritual and physical healing.
I was also fortunate to learn from Roberto Aguayo, Haiwiya, and Yolanda Minjares, Marakames Wixárikas, guardians of Huichol traditions and pilgrims of Wirikuta. Also, in Portal Xibalba, Oscar Bolívar and Rocío they work with an integrative approach together with great shamans, enriching the space with their practices.
Finally, Ivan and Pamela, Mexicans with whom I later collaborated in Spain, showed me new ways of working with energy. Each culture has offered me a unique perspective, with the common denominator of respect and love deep towards the sacred medicines, tools for transformation and connection with the most essential of being

Half the trip I did it alone; I wanted to live the experience that way, even though my environment insisted that it was crazy and very dangerous. I came back fascinated. Were deeply transformative experiences.
Upon returning, I signed up for a training session Andean Shamanism, particularly that of the Q'eros, at school Kawsay Kayaway, with Antonio Raban. There I learned about the andean worldview. I had the honor of making two Karpay (initiations).
It was at this point where I understood the importance of healing. Devoting time and resources to my personal healing turned out to be the best investment what could I do. Learn to look at my soul, attend to my wounds and work on them it changed my way of living and to understand me.
Later, I started another training with Psychomedicine, Therapist Leaders, a very complete course in which I learned about holistic psychology, family tree, pendulum healing, Akashic records, hypnosis, intrauterine therapy, and quantum therapies, among many others powerful tools for healing and personal growth.

My next step was to travel to Panama, where I met the Family of Ancestral Medicines, a team of greats medicine People as Claudia, Alison, Jesica, Ricardo, Edwin and Taita Tambo (image), among others. I felt at home, welcomed with deep love, as if I were part of a big family. It was a magical experience, and the strength of Taita Tambo fascinated me. From this experience the idea of visiting Putumayo, in Colombia, was born, something that I will share later.
Each ceremony allowed me to experiment deep healings, transformations and a more conscious connection with myself and the world.

At that time, I had the opportunity to cross the Panama Canal, and after a two-day retreat with the Family of Ancestral Medicines, I started one crossing the Pacific to Tahiti. It was 29 days in silence, without internet, accompanied only by my partner, the immensity of the ocean, the stars, the sunrises, sunsets, the dolphins, whales and the occasional storm. Very deep moments of integration, where I experienced the greatness of everything and the simplicity of nothing.
Every journey it has been for me a therapy for the soul. It allows you to connect with yourself, with your thoughts and your spirit. Although they are wonderful experiences, they also face situations of real danger, not just imaginary fears. Sleeping no more than four hours straight during the journey, accumulated fatigue, the constant swaying of the waves, and the need to make critical decisions in tense moments strengthen the spirit. These experiences have helped me stop worrying about meaningless things and focus on the essentials.
The feeling of seeing land after so many days is indescribable. Setting foot on dry land after so much time in the ocean is extremely rewarding. We got it! Another challenge and challenge overcome.
Are experiences that enrich the soul and they teach you to look at life from a calmer perspective and with greater connection to the present.

We were 17 Medicine people and we passed 15 days in the jungle, completely immersed in the process of preparing the medicine. From searching for it, collecting it, peeling it and cooking it, everything was done with dedication and work in team. We had three giant pots (image), which had to be kept on constant heat for 12 days, always with someone watching to ensure that the flames did not go out.
The jungle surrounded us with its impressive biodiversity, and we shared the space with the natural dangers that come with it: snakes, spiders, jaguars and other wild animals. We washed in the Putumayo River, whose waters dyed our skin with mud as it dried, and we slept in hammocks, under the starry sky and the vastness of nature.
My main job was to organize meals for everyone during the 15 days, although I also collaborated on the other tasks. While we worked, we tried the medicine, which added a special and enriching connection with the environment and the process. Taking it in the middle of the jungle intensified the experience in a unique way.
Although the conditions were demanding and the dangers of the jungle accompanied us, I would repeat it without hesitation. If I had to describe this experience in one word, it would be TRANSMUTER. The strength that the jungle gives you is unparalleled.

When I returned from the jungle, something had changed in me.
I decided to study the medicinal plants and I trained with The Path of Medicine Women, under the teaching of Jose Fina, who has a deep training in Phytotherapy and is very connected to shamanism. The classes make up the healing at all levels: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
I started experimenting with synergies of essential oils, flowery waters, mother tinctures, creams, elixirs and incense burners. The results are surprising.
Today, in Switzerland, I have a garden with my own medicinal plants. I talk to them, sing and always ask permission before cutting them. The process of drying, macerating and creating products I do it with deep love and respect. If you are interested in any product, you can see Love Yourself.

The next step led me to do the training Kundalini Activation (Activation of vital energy) with Sandra and Siegfried.
At first, all the training and therapies I did always focused on healing myself. However, as I healed, I realized that my environment also benefited, as if that healing expanded naturally, even without awareness or intention. It's a process: when one heals, we all heal.
Although my initial focus was self-healing, I soon realized that I had many tools to accompany other people in their processes. That's when I decided to start offering individual and group sessions. I realized that was it my true mission in life, something I want to dedicate myself to professionally. For two summer seasons, I combined it with a 60% job, working three days a week in a company and the rest of the time in therapies, sessions and Love Yourself. I saw that things were going quite well, even without spending all my time or advertising.
However, my energy is divided. It is now that I consider the decision to leave the dream life working on a boat in winter, traveling to remote places, and in summer in Switzerland working for others, to dedicate myself fully to my mission between Switzerland and Spain.
And here I am, working on it!

Suddenly, I began to feel the call of the quantum physics, an area that had always fascinated me, and I decided to do the training SAAMA with Veturian, Nuri and their team, all wonderful people. Later I did LNT training, with Philippe and Romain Schwiderski.
This was a before and after for me. These therapies are really another level, almost like magic, and the results, sometimes miraculous.
Today, I continue to constantly learn with A Course in Miracles and doing other training with The Path of Medicine Women: Guardian of Feminine Circles and Knowledge. In this training, I learned to heal my uterus, a process that allowed me to transform my relationship with menstrual pain. Before, I suffered pain so intense that I lost consciousness and had to resort to very strong medications. Now, I don't need to take anything, and all of this has been made possible by the teachings on healing the uterus, mother tinctures, and essential oil synergies I prepare.
I love doing open sessions, flowing with what I feel at the moment. I don't plan anything, I start with a brief talk and, depending on the person and the situation, I guide the process combining different techniques and creating something completely personalized on every occasion.
Healing is a thought through which two minds perceive their unity. (A Course in Miracles)
I feel deeply grateful to be able to do this job. Connect heart to heart it is a gift from the universe.
Thank you very much for taking the time to read me.
Light and love to your heart!
Thais Escalona
